Magnificent photo by Sam dedicated to STARI mission

I am in awe of this magnificent photo taken by my PhD student Samuel Low during the last Supermoon of the year on the balcony of the Stanford University's Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Since we are approaching the System Requirements Review (SRR) of the STARI (STarlight Acquisition and Reflection towards Interferometry) formation-flying mission, I have decided to dedicate the photo to the mission by superimposing the models of the satellites in formation!
