STARI kick-off!

All hands on deck for the kick-off of the NASA-funded precise formation-flying project STARI (STarlight Acquisition and Reflection toward Interferometry) at the University of Michigan led by John Monnier (PI/PM, interferometry), James Cutler (spacecraft/system engineering), with the participation of E. Glenn Lightsey (propulsion), Gautam Vasisht (astronomy), @Leonid Pogorelyuk (optics/instrumentation), Simone D'Amico (formation-flying/GNC) and their amazing teams. I really enjoyed the technical discussions, the human interactions, the lab tours and Ann Arbor!

Thanks to Antonio Rizza, Ethan Foss and Prachet Jain from the Stanford Space Rendezvous Laboratory for the great work in preparation of the kick-off.
