News: Upcoming Department Seminar at Embry-Riddle

Professor D'Amico has been invited by Riccardo Bevilacqua and Anastasios (Tasos) Lyrintzis to present his research program to the Aerospace Engineering Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on Thursday, October 26th. He will show how SLAB is endowing future miniaturized distributed space systems with autonomous navigation, control, and collision avoidance capabilities. He will cover the recently launched STARLING mission, the upcoming VISORS mission together with their unique GNC payloads developed at the Stanford Space Rendezvous Lab. Finally, he will discuss the prospects and most recent advances in AI for spacecraft proximity operations. Buckle up for the ride!
